Enjoy a three-piece platter of fresh sashimi, the locally popular Tochio-age with green onion miso, deep-fried chicken thighs with curry, a luxurious Sado-produced yellowtail shabu-shabu hotpot as the main course, and a luxurious chicken kamameshi (rice pot) with specially made broth to finish off the meal.
